-Automatic diaphragm, auto-focusing,or any other functions will not operate correctly while using this adapter.
-"Stop-down mode" will need to be used when metering since the lens does not have the ability to have its aperture controlled by the camera body.

Notice
The EOS auto focusing system doesn't support as less as F5.6. Before your capturing you have to focusing with MAX aperture and stop down to capturing.

Newer consumer grade Digital EOS cameras like 10D/20D/30D and 300D/350D do not have this switch at all so you do not need to care about it when using these camera models.
